Of course one of our favorite treats to make for Christmas are these Chocolate Caramel Christmas Wands. Make up a batch of these, place in a jar and you’ll have all the kids oohing and aahhing all night long. So pretty!

  • 20 pretzel rods
  • 1 11 oz bag caramels, unwrapped
  • 1 tsp water
  • 1 16 oz package Candiquik chocolate candy coating
  • assorted sprinkles

Just made the gingerbread – best ever ever – better than any Grandmother, etc. and served my pears poached in red wine – oh what fun!  I wound up dividing my batch between two 8″ x 4″ loaf pans and baked for 35 minutes, which seems to be perfect.
